Hotel Reservations
For hotel reservations, please send an email to banquet@grandresort.gr to reserve rooms and/or to receive additional information regarding other room categories.
Please make sure to mention the event’s name in your email “Alia and Nadim’s Wedding”, to receive the special rate for the specific period of the wedding (including pre and post nights, upon availability)
The hotel is refundable till up to 15 days before the event, and the room rates are as follows (all rates are inclusive of taxes)

Flight Details
Regarding Flights, there are two airlines that fly directly from Cairo to Athens and Back, the first one being Egypt Air (Operated by our great nation) the second is Aegean Airlines (operated by the good people of Greece). Both airlines are members of Star Alliance. We managed to book group rates for both airlines on the following dates:

1-Register Your Information:
We contacted the consulate and informed them of our wedding to grant us a "fast-pass" for the necessary approvals. So please send us the following information BEFORE February 28th 2019, to register your name:

2-Have your Documents Ready:
You will need the following documents to apply for the visa;
- HR Letter
- Recent Bank Statements dating back at least 6 months
- Travel Insurance
- Plane Ticket
- Hotel Reservation

3-Let us take care of the Rest:
